The cables of Breakout-type products include additional strength member and thick outer coating. PE is flame-retardant halogen free material.

However, optical connectors can be tuned and polished following many different IL and RL limits, depending on the customer specifications. APC is the angle-polished connector, developed to decrease a return loss up to -60dB and better, for the applications, where the reflection-sensitive light sources are used in optical transmitters.

Patchcords and pigtails are available in 3 diameters- 0,9mm, 2m and 3mm. Cables with the outer coating diameter of 2 or 3 mm and a cables of a breakout-type have the Kevlar reinforcement. Cables with the outer coating diameter of 0,9 mm have the PVC-coating and are only available in simplex version.
